This is the NoidiPoste app dedicated to employees and retirees of the Poste Italiane Group. Download the app only if you are an employee or retiree of the Poste Italiane Group and login with your Microsoft 365 credentials, your user followed by @posteitaliane.it, and your network password, the same as the intranet. You can also access it using your fingerprint or Face ID. If you are a retiree, login with your poste.it credentials.

Here you can find the directory, the main news from the intranet, TG Poste, and services tailored to you including notifications, vacation days, sick leave entries, job postings, meal vouchers, and business trips. Read your pay slip and main personal messages in your dashboard.

Read the intranet news: choose your favorite articles, leave comments, like interesting content, share an article, or subscribe to categories and hashtags.

Listen to Poste Podcasts, the new communication channel with stories, conversations, interviews, and insights. Available on intranet and NoidiPoste app any time of the day.

Activate notifications for favorite article categories, tags, and services: stay updated on the news that matters to you. Personalize your homepage by selecting favorite article categories and your status bar that remains visible during navigation.

Access the vacation service for a mobile view of your absences for the current year and remaining entitlement. Check your request status through notifications.

Use the sick leave service to request and manage sick days on-the-go, in addition to traditional communication methods. Submit a new sick leave request with medical certificate protocol number and expected end date. Extend a closing sickness request through the "extend" feature, which activates at the end of the current illness: follow guided entry steps.

Utilize the business trips management service mobile: submit a trip request through a guided process. View your trip list and duplicate existing trips. Check notifications for new requests and approval status.

If you are a manager, approve vacations and business trips for your team directly from the app through notifications and dedicated screens.
